The department of Commercial and Company Law and Intellectual Property is dedicated to all life aspects of commercial associations, since their constitution, alteration, dissolution and liquidation, till consultancy and intervention on the elaboration of contracts on a national and international level, as well as in the negotiation of the fusion and acquisition operations, passing through the due diligence procedures. The department also pays all the juridical-associated advising to the planning of the succession on family companies and to the negotiation of computing contracts.

Furthermore, we support the process of access to the register of industrial property rights in a national, communitarian and international level, focusing on a rigorous defence of the intellectual property rights.
