Participation in training actions — António Vilar, Luís Cameirão Advogados

In the next month my company will organize a training action for 10 of its employees. Two of them threaten to miss all these training actions pleading that they are not obliged to participate if we don’t pay them the additional work.

Notice that the training action will begin in the last hour of work and will be extended till 45 minutes after the end of the working hours. Do we have to pay them those hours of additional work?
