Participation in training actions
In the next month my company will organize a training action for 10 of its employees. Two of them threaten to miss all these training actions pleading that they are not obliged to participate if we don’t pay them the additional work. Notice that the training action will begin in the last hour of work and will be extended till 45 minutes after the end of the working hours. Do we have to pay them those hours of additional work?

We have an important credit regarding a company that has an insolvency process in court. We don’t claim credits nor act judicially to charge that value. As we have already lost hope to recover the credit, can we at least recover the correspondent taxes?

A few days later, and because I felt strong pains and constantly uncomfortable, I went to the hospital Emergency service, where I was diagnosed with 2nd degree burns on my face. A week later my condition was the same and I was forced to go see new doctors. I was very upset and distressed with this entire situation. I would like to know what my rights are.”

The trade union contribution

Phased Payment of holiday pay
“I am the manager of a company with 13 workers. On next June we have to pay the vacation allowance to all of them. However, currently the company does not have liquidity to make those payments. Right of Retention
I’ve celebrated a purchased and sale contract for a real estate, in which I immediately started to live in. However, once the seller hasn’t been present for several times at the definite deed, I took a legal action to make him regularize the situation. On that action it was granted to me the right of retention of the real estate. In the meanwhile, I took note of the seller’s declaration of insolvency. What should I do knowing that the real estate is under mortgage in favour of a bank?

Granting workers occasionally
I am the Director of Human Resources in a company which has a group relation with other partnerships. Nowadays, my company has no workload for the total of workers employed. However, one of the other companies of the group needs manpower equivalent to the one we have. Could I grant some of my workers?
